Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan was founded in the 1980s by the renowned Islamic scholar Allama Ehsan Elahi Zaheer (Shaheed), whose vision shaped the organization from its earliest days. From the beginning, the journey faced intense opposition and numerous challenges. However, his scholarly authority, intellectual depth, and unwavering determination kept the movement moving forward. Over time, this persistent effort enabled him to unite various Ahle Hadith groups under a single platform. As a result, the collective identity of the Ahle Hadith community grew stronger. The organization was created to promote the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah, while also working to restore the lost recognition of the Ahle Hadith school of thought. Today, Jamiat Ahle Hadith Pakistan stands as a powerful symbol of unity, resilience, and scholarly leadership.
